Sorry to hear that. I find some people can be persuaded if you agree with them a little and get on their side. Then from there you slowly bring up some different ideas with proof provided facts. Doesn’t always work though.

Also on the roads people seem more rude, has anyone else noticed that? Or maybe I’ve mellowed and am noticing how I probably used to drive.

The scanner I have can perform active tests, read live data, etc. Never used it on an Audi, though, so no telling if it will work like you're wanting. Shoot me a message, might be able to work something out.

A cheap Bluetooth one. I don't know the brand of it, or if it even has one. I use the torque lite app with it and it's been more than good enough till now. My first German car so I've been a little under prepared.

My uncle has always been into conspiracy theories and he has become so much more of an asshole. He is in fight or flight mode everyday now.

Any little thing that doesn't go his way pushes him over the edge. For example he was trying to sign into his email and he was typing his password incorrectly. He became angry and cursing. I tried to help but he yelled at me and I told him to leave.

It is impossible to spend time with him because he will start on his theories and yelling because the loudest person is correct or some shit for brains logic.

If you find yourself in a similar situation check out r/qanoncasualties.

It has a airbag light and an abs light, I'm trying to find out which abs part is out, and as far as I know nothing is wrong with the airbag system, but the light doesn't go out without being reset with a tool. I also wouldn't mind having a look at the timings to find out if it needs a new chain or not. These engines have timing chain issues apparently and you can check them through a computer to see how out of time they are. Just a few little things lol

This is in reference to the post regarding workers in the service industries, correct? Because I sympathize with this stance.

We’re about an hour west of Springfield now with aging parents living closer to Branson. Looking at SW Springfield area to be a little closer to them. We’re familiar with the area from an industry, cost of living, etc but specifically looking for neighborhoods that would create opportunities for the kids as well as us to meet others.

Oh, and the rail track that runs through Republic runs through our current town as well. Completely understand the cautionary warning!

I worked at GameStop from 2014-18 and they were horrid then too. I think the pandemic has brought out a new type of mean in people.
