You've only stuck with the native app and haven't gone to any of third-party apps yet? ... Part of the point of the whole open-source, federation business is that third-party developers are being encouraged to build their own.
There's a whole list of them here: https://joinmastodon.org/apps

A completely objective AI kind of scares me tbh. So much of human life is in the subjectivity and nuance.

This attitude that tech bros have about disrupting industries they don't actually understand or know anything about is pretty funny sometimes.

You should try and learn architectural print. I was also cursive but switched in uni and itās more legible and I write just as fast.

Memorisation and spelling are good. It wasnāt long ago people were saying autocorrect meant you didnāt need to learn spelling which is basically the same thing as this atm but for longer form writing.
Memorisation and spelling without putting into practice ie writing essays and reports and fiction, is bad because as you say people just forget it if they donāt use it.

As a tool I see great potential. As a replacement I do not.

Thanks, great response. Iād assume thatās because cutting the headcount to such an extreme degree means the remaining devs are doing a lot of brass-polishing, and Elon is hearing a lot of āSorry, sir, no one here knows how that works, so weāre afraid to touch itā.

I mean mastodon is solid, but it needs some user interface and user experience changes, almost as a fundamental level.

No it did not. Basically the narrative is decided by its fallacy in its used context. Or its manipulative use.
As your question, there is no definitive answer: it depends on the context.

I mean crash as in "blue fail whale" appearing all the time. When company was bigger that used to happen often and now that cut down stuff I expected Twitter to get even worse in terms of crashes. It didn't, although that's not meant to say it got better either.
Had my account hacked into the other week. Still waiting for Twitter Support to provide some help.

I mean, it canāt ācrashā. Once he bought it, it became a private company. Everything the company makes or loses is absorbed by Musk. And by āMuskā I mean āTeslaā.

Is all AI going to be the same?
