Proven to the IRS, not to the public. Form 990 PF’s are publicly available, so if you’re patient you can review his private foundation’s return for 2023 in 2024 and reconcile the donation amounts to confirm it is the recipient.

Great news.
Next states need to stop punitive attacks from seed companies like Monsanto who sue farmers both big and small for use of seeds they may or may not have even developed and do so without proof. They also attack farmers for replanting seeds from their own harvested crops. Then there’s the environmental crimes related to the illegal use of a pesticides by Monsanto the states need to take up. If you want to know why food costs are so high that’s the best place to start.

There is very little collaboration between those networks. A few do honor each other's payment systems, so you have one less membership to worry about but CCS. As for being able to charge any car. Those networks do a poor job validating their chargers with every car on the road. That comes down to which vendor they buy their chargers from and whom support them better.
As a Bolt driver I welcome access to the Tesla network. But that's because the other options are so bad and in some areas few an far between. When Tesla opens their network some of the other networks are going to find it very hard to compete, with Tesla taking there business.
EVgo will be fine they have been deploying Tesla connectors since 2019

Crypto has many scams but it’s also one of the most important inventions in recent memory. The idea that there is a form of money NOT issued and abused by the government is revolutionary. It is necessary to keep the government in check. Money is how the government keeps the population docile, funds wars and enrich themselves

Based on how the legal system works (and how billionaires like Bill Gates and others use them) he likely setup a 501c3 that he fully controls, donated money to himself to avoid taxes, and since the charity is in control of Tesla stocks, it can use those stocks to take loans in which it pays the lowest interest rates, then that charity will create programs that appear to help underprivileged communities, but in reality the focus will be in driving up the value of the Tesla stock within its possession. This can of course have benefits for others but not even close to the valuation of the stock it holds.

For those that have less info about the inner workings of these "new" large language model AIs, the idea is that they are "text predictors" in that they "predict" what words they should respond with to get the biggest "reward" based on the "goal" it developed while being trained and the input you have given it.
Apart from very few exceptions, like where chatGPT or bing will give you an blanket statement that says "I cannot discuss this topic because reason x" (which is less like giving a person rules that they must follow, and instead more like giving it a cheat sheet of what to predict when certain topics are brought up as input) the AI likely doesn't have any concrete "rules" because thats not really how they work.
Instead what is happening is that it's not actually considering any rules of its own, or its own emotions when you start talking about introspection, its just feeding you the text it thinks is what you mostly likely want.
Likely they will be able to rein this behaviour in a bit more with better "alignment" training, similar to chatGPT, though it will take time.

Well it is... disparity of wealth/resources always leads to social unrest and AI (as currently implemented) will help a few individuals at the tippity top concentrate that wealth far more efficiently than ever before in history.
There are only two paths we have as a civilization at this point.
-
A) a future where technological advance benefits all of humanity. The increase in productivity and automation leads to a better quality of life for everyone... so instead of plowing fields or doing data-entry all day or whatever else we can automate away, people can use that time to pursue pure scientific or humanistic endeavors (e.g. a Star Trek post-scarcity outcome)
-
B) a future where everyone is still working for the weekend and the AI killbots now guard the piles of cash the wealthy few have accumulated on the backs of everyone else.
IMHO, B is far far far far far more likely

Privacy is a big deal in Japan.
The laws are not quite as straight forward as what I mentioned but its the safe way to conduct yourself when taking pictures there. There are of course exceptions and qualifications for what is and is not allowed and some of it is based around how the image may be used.
If you don't believe me you can go look it up for yourself. There is a lot of info out there about it.
That being said, I doubt that a random passerby is going to make a fuss if they end up in your vacation photo by accident.
If however you are taking vacation photos of them specifically, like Geisha on a picturesque street in Kyoto for example, you very likely will be in trouble and have the police called on you.

> There is very little collaboration between those networks
I agree. Their collaboration is only of the form of accidentally working toward a more comprehensive infrastructure.
So what?
> As for being able to charge any car. Those networks do a poor job validating their chargers with every car on the road. That comes down to which vendor they buy their chargers from and whom support them better.
You're going to suggest to me that your chances of the chargers working with your car are slim even though CCS is standardized?
If your Bolt didn't have a weak charge port on it it would work with pretty much every charger (that isn't broken which sadly is a lot of them). Instead you likely have to hold the handle up to get charging started on the faster chargers simply because their charge handle is too heavy for the car.
> When Tesla opens their network some of the other networks are going to find it very hard to compete, with Tesla taking there business.
Don't bother me none. Although I don't really expect Tesla to open their network. Musk said he'd do it last year. He's just buying time while he continues his vendor lock-in.
However you do kind of seem to simultaneously assuming that a charger that isn't tested with a given model car isn't going to work. And then assuming that Tesla's chargers are going to work with non-Teslas. Why would you assume that? By your thinking even if they put a CCS handle on them they are unlikely to work with your car.
