So you say it spews bs. I say people believe bs. Now you say I’m claiming it can’t be used for fighting exploitation? When did I say that. I also said it is using what we ask it to learn and grow.
Where did I say a.i doesn’t have positive and negative consequences? You’re the one who mentioned chat gpt is bs. I just said many people can fall for bs
On a side note google has been working with the fbi for years with regards to data mining and sex trafficking.

Tying user verification to a subscription service just makes zero sense to me. I guess it’s good that meta will actually attempt to verify people - Twitter doesn’t bother (it’s a “pay us and we’ll give you a verified check for almost whatever name you want” system). But, generally speaking, why do I care about being verified? Literally makes no difference to me. Just seems like $100+ a year down the toilet.
The original Twitter Blue made more sense… it was like $5 a month for some extra features and no ads. Now, it’s more money + you still apparently get ads + the extra features are still crap.

Yeah, but money talks — if the bottom line makes sense, it will happen.

Ok? Are you trying to claim you actually don't believe AI has positive uses in fighting sexual exploitation, and you were just conducting a social experiment?

this has always been the case. Until the do have it. Which is alway the case eventually. This is why some are trying to make a.i. open source

Yes. But it’s not a.i. it’s basic coding and bots. They’ve been doing this before home computers even. Credit card companies were bragging they could tell with 99% accuracy who is going to get a divorce based on spending. They have been collecting data it’s just getting more widespread.
And it’s up to consumers to pass laws to protect themselves but our government only cares about protecting corporations and helping them exploit people in other countries
It’s sad to see the EU protecting their data a bit more than the US

Lol complicated? Elon removed the censorship, and thus he removed the discrimination. This woman was part of the system to justify the perpetuation of discrimination and censorship. Not all that complicated. The complications you refer to are a bunch of bullshit.
If I'm going to do apologetics, Elon threw tens of billions of dollars down to end this discrimination which may have best gone towards better causes, and she didn't really have any opportunity to end discrimination like Elon could due to his stacks of cash, so one can see her as doing the best she could have done given the opportunity she had. But for her to act like what she was doing was somehow morally better than what's happening now mostly reflects the fact she's morally disgusting as are her pro-discrimination pro-censorship supporters.

Things used to be and some still are low quality from china (chinesium). It will take time not only to move but also to bring the standard up. Still worth doing.

What are you talking about?

I did a search for fallout and all the fallout games are there. I did a search for elder scrolls and they were all there too. At least all the ones made in the last 20 years.
Also all 3 dishonored games.
What Bethesda games are you not seeing?

Because that $8 conferred “a benefit”. I dare say if someone had to pay money to use Facebook period they wouldn’t pay at all and social media would die pretty quickly.
