HOTD and Game of Thrones definitely had them as do most HBO shows.
They actually spoil the episode sometimes.

You people won't be happy until you stop watching tv to avoid the barest pretense of ever learning something that might happen on part of the tv show you haven't seen yet. "This story is using foreshadowing... spoilers!"

Just about every new show I watch on every streaming platform has a recap before each episode, and they’re always able to be skipped if people choose.
