For me there are many, but I will choose:
Scott Patterson and Lauren Graham (Luke and Lorelai) - Gilmore Girls.
Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo (Derek and Meredith) - Grey's Anatomy.
And I will going with Patrick and Ellen if i must choose.
