Loved the first two seasons and beginning of season three. About half way through, it all just got convoluted, disjointed, hard to follow, and unengaging. Now at the start of episode seven, and I just don’t care. Pushing myself through just to finish.
EDIT: Just wanted to add this, having now watched the final two episodes. 7 was still hard going, but 8 was, well, lovely. And I think a perfect ending for this.
Has it changed my impression of the middle 5-6 episodes of season 3? Not in the slightest. But nothing is perfect. And judged as a whole, the show is still fantastic. Even if it lost its way, for mine, at one point. In the labyrinth.
