For me, it's House M.D. (2004–2012)
I really liked it, and how House and his teams were solving medical cases (I've read that it was mostly correct), I also liked how House used psychology to analyze personalities and relationships, and how he affected everyone around him, whether positively or negatively.
And above all this is Hugh Laurie's exceptional performance.
