If everyone sold their stock in Fox today it would greatly hurt the Murdoch family. They’d still have billions after selling a large position of the company, however.

Buying that stock is investing in the company and the Murdoch family. It justifies their advertising revenue and new developments and keeping the Murdochs in power. I’ve worked for the company before and I’ll never do it again. Maybe I’d work for the branch that Disney owns, but even that’s a stretch.

Rupert Murdoch is a sociopath and easily one of the worst influences on America still living today.

The cool part is the writers basically have said she both is lying and is not lying and both are true. It’s just up to the audience to decide… although they have definite opinions internally.

They actually did want to shoot an episode on the other side with Nora but it was cut because they went from 10 eps to 8 in S3. The other episode would have been back in Jarden with Kevin’s kids. But they made it clear they did not shoot these and they are not shown to us… we got the story as is. So did she lie?

The Venture Brothers: Season 1 is like a prologue. Worse animation and just not on par with the rest of the series. Which is important when the series is pretty zany. Mediocre zany is a hard-sell. Well worth it for one if the best shows ever made. Start at Season 2, and wrap around to season one when you are done.

Seinfeld. Skip the short season 1. Know that season 2 is a little rocky with some hidden gems.

Agents of Shield: It gets incredible. Season One is the low point. The novelty of hitting a big reveal timed with the Thor movie release has no payoff years later and just makes for a slow first season. Season One is the weakest; Season 2 is good, but second weakest. Some seasons are incredible.

>Netflix fucking sucks at marketing movies and shows

It's like when they released Archive 81 in January when it would have been a perfect Halloween show. I remember it was just there one day when I logged in. I never saw anything promoting it.

They have the ability to make a lot of their content more successful but they don't care. If something doesn't become a hit on its own, they just start over and try something new. Rinse and repeat.

"Even Bill Maher is against the Libs..." is something you regularly see from Twitter folks with the American flag emoji, despite no one thinking Bill Maher is liberal for at least a decade.

Maher's humor devolved into the stereotype of a Libertarian - A Republican who smokes pot.

Notice that while Bill embraces the new love from his right wing friends, he absolutely does not bring up his hatred of religion as much as he used to

When it was acceptable to be openly hostile to Muslims after 9/11, Bill frequently mentioned his Atheism, he loved to attack Islam back then. He would occasionally attack Christianity, but it was typically railing against the Catholic Church

Since he's also devolved into a hack Contrarian, the new Bill Maher will no longer have panels to discuss atheism, he'd lose the diehard MAGA, anti vax types who now make up his fanbase.

I mean the intro music for the last two seasons was "Let the Mystery Be" they clearly wanted to tell the audience they were not going to get all the answers to the mystery of the sudden departure. The show (along with other Lindelof shows like Lost) was more about the characters and as to whether or not they got their stories resolved.
