I don’t think that by Tiffany Haddish “allegedly” in the middle of a molestation suit really helped either…

Sure, because people are dying for their work to be turned into tax write off by Zazlav.

This show reminds me of wonderful Sunday night's watching this and Penny Dreadful. The sub reddits were great too for both shows.

We're they anything more than fine? I've only seen trailers and they were pretty meh. And with all the content I'm rather picky on "fine" shows.

Well, I think that the cancellation and quality issue of the show are a case of correlation, not causation.

I’m gonna go ahead and say a lot of shows, even some really good ones, peak within the first 2 or 3 seasons

More TV shows should end with Scott Bakula leaping out.

Smallville was a drama/romance show. Wednesday is more of a teen mystery/drama. It's a drama but that's not really it's main genre I would say.

No. Apple is a producer from S2 and global distributor. They announced the renewal for S2, by the way.

He’s become insufferable.
He thinks giving these crazy right wing people a platform and asking mayyyybe one pointed question with no follow up is him doing some kind of civic duty.
Maher is clown shoes nowadays.
He’s so aggressively trying to be centrist he’s just become right wing himself. Which is what centrist is in this country.
Left now is what centrist used to be.

It's been succeeded by Ru Paul's drag race. Still has a huge queer audience, but a close second is straight white women

It wasn’t perfect, but man the show was a lot of fun.

Kind of a weird issue the show will face, which is every book focuses on a different sibling and then their story is done, meaning the actor will have nothing to do for another six or seven seasons. And since actors want to act, there's the risk they'll keep losing cast members.
They're supposed to give Anthony and Kate a storyline this season, so we'll see how it goes.

Showtime are open to other services picking up their shows (American Rust is moving from Showtime to Amazon) so there is some hope (unlike Netflix or HBO Max where in-house productions are locked down)

Lol. I knew it had to be that episode.
I need to rewatch that. Just an absolute brain fuck.
The first season was wild, but then it went off the rails, in the best possible way in later seasons.
I don’t think they could have continued such a dour show without going bonkers with it.

Reply to ‘Laverne & Shirley’ actor Cindy Williams dies at 75 by FJO1989
Well damn.
Shouts out to her roles in American Graffiti and The Conversation. People tend to only think of her in terms of Laverne & Shirley because of how huge that show was, and how key she was to its success, and it's led to a lot of people forgetting that in the early-to-mid 70s she was instrumental in helping people like George Lucas and Francis Ford Coppola make some of the best films of their careers.
