Yeah, Daniel Craig could never be James Bond.

It was a good episode but it was definitely pandering/oscar bait

And three shows! Swamp Thing is literally the only thing on the list that could reasonably be called "done to death"

more like "we're bleeding money from every orifice".
I can't wait until everyone steps back a bit and the writing is better across the board - TV writing has taken a huuuuge dump in this era because there's noone second guessing the bad decisions of showrunners.

Given Gunn's track record, it'll probably be a more comedic take in the vein of Booster's JLI years.

Eh, if the movie is forgettable and he hasn't signed on more since, he too will be...

Feel like they're making a similar mistake the MCU has, way too many random TV series for people to follow on top of a bunch of movies. Are these all connected?

I'm looking forward to it solely on the basis of "written by Gunn"

Berlanti spearheaded the most consistent DCU projects to date. The movies have been flailing around trying to find a plan, and Berlanti led a 10-year effort on a single network.
Was it all gold? No, but it was far more structured and ultimately, more successful, than any other DC effort since.

I liked Breaking Bad's first season. Couldn't get into the Leftovers but I assume other people liked the quiet gloominess of the opening episodes.
Seems to me that you're just a pretentious douche that didn't really appreciate either shows openings but instead see sticking through them as some sort of admirable feat of endurance. Like a twelve year old bragging about eating a spicy pepper.

Reply to Actors who were fired from the 1st or 2nd season of a hit show, even though they were good in it. by Lili_Danube
Why would you automatically think she was fired? She wasn't. The schedule was too much for her because at that time they were working 17-20 hour days. She left of her own accord.

"Wait, they were dead the whole time?!?! They didn't even answer any questions! Why were there polar bears?!?! What a waste of time!"
I still see complaints like this to this day. It's unbelievable how many people watched that finale and managed to completely misinterpret the entire series based on it.

I’ve been a fan of hers since she showed up in Brooker’s Yearly Wipes, they’re well worth checking out. She also did a series on England.

Steven Universe. Was originally made for kids, but I think teen and adult women were way bigger consumers of the show.
