That’s just their designated call sign as assigned by the FCC (broadcast TV and radio transmissions east of the Mississippi are assign a W- plus 3-letter call sign, and broadcasters to the west get a K- plus 3 letters sign). Considering this will be an app, it’s not likely a local CBS affiliated will have much grounds for dispute.

American Vandal. It’s not to too obvious but they’re “self aware” in the second season and say that thanks to Netflix and season 1 being a huge hit, they got more money to “investigate” more crimes. It’s hilarious all around

9/11 was the greatest thing to happen to Rudy Guiliani. If 9/11 hadn’t happened. He would have been remembered as a mediocre mayor at best. Instead he was mayor of NYC when the most devastating attack happened. And in that one moment he demonstrated strength. But that is his only claim to fame. As Joe Biden once said, “Rudy Guiliani, he only mentions 3 things in a sentence, a noun and a verb and 9/11.”

There are some extremely long series (30-50 episodes) in both China and Korea for one season, sometimes with 70-90 minute episode run time in Korean TV where they can't show commercials so the episodes incorporate a lot of product placement versus 44 minutes in American broadcast TV with about 15 minutes for commercial breaks. The upside is one knows in advance that the series will usually end with one season.
