Batman Beyond was incredible. Return of the Joker especially was a damn good feature and right up there with the best of the DC Animated movies. I would love to see a live-action movie with Keaton as old Bruce. Or even a grey/white haired Ben Affleck (though I doubt he would do it now).

I don't think it crossed over with Jackie Chan adventures, pretty sure warner doesn't own that. Is it possible you're thinking of that Zeta project series that spun off of Batman Beyond?

Every time I heard "Sutherland" in the show, I thought of Jack Bauer

Hahaha yeah idk where I got the Jackie Chan thing from I’m pretty baked.. but the Batman Beyond Static Shock one definitely exists. I think it’s called Future Shock

Yes Batman Beyond and Static Shock had a crossover it's the season 4 premiere of Static Shock called Future Shock but I don't think Jackie Chan Adventures had any Batman or Static crossover

Uhh Batman Beyond is set in the future, how would it crossover with Jackie Chan Adventures and Static Shock? Jackie Chan Adventures is not even in the same universe as the other two 😂. Static Shock did crossover with the Justice League show, I think that's what you're talking about.

Peter Sutherland. Doesn't compute

Just started watching it today and I’m almost finished. Not the greatest acting. Only started watching because there isn’t much else to watch. I know they are all new actors, so hoping the acting will improve.

Ike got fired, so he doesn't even have real competition anymore.

It’s a good show. Does it have amazing level of writing on the level of David Chase, Matthew Weiner, or Vince Gilligan? No, it’s a cool political thriller action show. People were sucking off The Recruit just a few months ago and that show is much more goofier than this one.

It was renewed quickly because of the looming writer’s strike. Netflix usually likes to wait for the first 28 days of viewership before deciding to renew or cancel something. But with the strike, they probably want the writers to start writing the new season ASAP.

I do have to agree that I wish the show didn't make the Republic look so naive and incompetent, but I guess that tracks considering they eventually get crushed by the Empire AGAIN.

Why downvote me it’s objectively has the potential to be a good year I’m not saying wether his payment is justified I’m just saying the slate looks good this year movie wise they could all bomb for all I know

I think the big positive this show had that other similar shows like The Recruit didn't have is great pacing.

Rarely just said, but spat, with real teeth-clenched venom.
It's only recently that Blue Bloods has started to mellow out.

Yea the plot is the worst part of the show tbh as it’s basically super repetitive. Characters and writing are top notch and make the show.

Well it is based off of a Western show. Maybe they’re trying not to deviate to much from the source material. Idk I just started

This was originally supposed to premiere in April, I’m guessing they’re spacing content out because of the potential writers strike
