There's only been 2 episodes so far, and no scene of Havisham being into bdsm. Unless you are missing her up with Pip's sister, who does have a scene whipping a guy.

I mean Chad Michael Murray cheated on Sophia Bush with Paris Hilton when he and Paris filmed House of Wax together. He always gave me fuckboy vibes

The only thing hes done wrong is cancelling the new Burton Batman series. WB was rotten to the core when he came in.

I love this reply, because fans are arguing about this all the time, especially now that the female stars are doing their "Drama Queens" podcast: every week, people will comment "stop the Lucas slander! Lucas is not bad!"
the actor gives off horrible vibes to me and I never saw season 1: when I first saw Lucas in S2 and especially S3, I liked that he came from a poor background and I liked that he was into literature, so personally, I'm fine with him. but yes: I think he's on the same level as Rory from "Gilmore Girls", where a lot of people just say "Side characters? DUMP THIS SANCTIMONIOUS PERSON AND RUN!"

Also, Friends famously didn't do that.
It was a notably stale, politically correct show by 90s standards, which is exactly why it feels so inappropriate today.
When 95% of your jokes are just about six likeable randos hanging out and getting into relatable mishaps like "lifting a sofa to the next floor is hard", or "I just bought a midlife crisis car", then the rest were "My father is a woman I'm so traumatized by that", and "My ex-wife is a lesbian that's so emasculating to me" will instantly feel like further examples of that, where we were meant to laugh with the cast about their sympathetic relatable human foibies.

Clarkson & team left quite a long time ago. They might've easily tried few seasons and then leave it for years at this point. And I absolutely agree with them. If they made a new show with cars it would've worked better, but they tried to continue being Top Gear and it just felt forced and awkward as hell.

Especially when it's for The Sun, he basically just writes as if he was a rambling idiot down the pub when he does those. If you look at his articles for The Sunday Times you'd think it was a completely different author.

a lot of "relatable" teen boy main characters in 90s shows were this:
- Brandon in "Beverly Hills, 90210"
- Zack in "Saved by the Bell"
- Cory in "Boy meets World".
that being said: I want to go back to this posting in a few days and count how many replies name women/female characters. in soap fandoms and in superhero fandoms, a LOT of the fans are very "she's a stupid cow, so irksome, kill her off!", and I think many people on reddit have that tendency, too.

The current trio is actually really good. TG just had to go through a bunch of middling to bad presenters to get the current three

>Clarkson continued: “I do hope, however, that my old mates who run the show can find a way of saving it. Because in these days of soft and cuddly eco-madness, we need programmes like it more than ever.”
Manages to do it in the most-assholeish way possible, which is what you'd expect.

Haven't watched the show since the original trio left...tried giving it a go but it felt quite stale and forced, and Evans was a very irritating host
