They should have stuck more with the bounty hunter theme.

This kind of reaction is what you get if you hire a director that deeply despises the source material loved by the fans.

I really >!liked Jackie. So, ouch for the second tragic ending to her character. !<
That being said, I like that the writers have the guts to go to the disturbingly dark places they teased and don't write themselves out of it in a cheap way- So I am also confident that they will wrap up "pit girl" in a satisfying manner.

And like her daughter and granddaughter she has a very soothing voice. People tell them all the time.

Reply to Seriously enjoyed the first episode of "The Power" on Amazon Prime. The series is based on a 2017 novel about how the world radically changes when millions of teenage girls suddenly develop electrical superpowers. Notably, none of them put on costumes and start fighting crime. by TJ_Fox
I watched the first episode and thought it was interesting, plan on watching the other two today. But I have no idea where this is going if they're not supposed to be heroes. lol

My partner and I have been watching old episodes of Night Court and she did a bit part on it while she was still working out her voice. It's so strange to see her speak without the nasalness.

Well, it kind of is the case. Society won't be suddenly fixed during the show. But the story, for some characters, is also about overcoming these things.

And one of the best, IMO. The characters had depth, instead of just being the tropes they were known for. And they were inventive with the monster of the week, too.

It was a tv staple in the 90s.
Sort of "comfort" tv.
A few months ago I surprised myself watching a few episodes on youtube, and nostalgia kicked in hard.
And as you say, it still holds.

Can't find a "comedian" unfunny without it coming across as hate, makes sense...

Because it feels so disjointed. The random cloning episode felt like they wanted to be Andor so much.
Grogu needs to go or be a strong force user. This weird inbetween isn’t working anymore.
