Just show up at the DMV with 2 proofs of address with your wyoming address and proof of citizenship. Passport ir birth certificate. Ask while you are there if they do car registrations. If the don't than your city hall will. They can transfer your registration and get you wyoming plates. Edited to add, Monday is an observed holiday, wait until Tuesday.

Sounds like you not only have anxiety but BPD (boarderline personality disorder) we tend to self sabotage. If there is no way to find him fb, twit, insta, then you gotta learn how to forgive yourself for this things and learn to be more open. I am unipolar, bpd, anxiety, ptsd, introvert. I learned how to open up to people by just treating everyone that I was talking to by acting like I've known them for years. When its one on one its a little easier

Maybe! I think my issue is I didn't actually tell them any of this, I just assumed they'd think I was being friendly, and in hindsight the reaction I got was definitely like I had just asked someone out...

Indeed I am. And will be for the foreseeable future. I even went as far as sending in the incident to corporate security so other stores in our area could keep an eye out for the guy. Like I said, members of management in my company are allowed to pursue shoplifters as long as we remain on the property and don’t use unreasonable force to detain a shoplifter.
