You can find good shoes in thrift stores for men as well, but it really pays to know what you are looking for. I have found some one of my nicest pairs of shoes there, but have not found any decent sneakers ever.

I find that buying used from people (app/website etc) is usually a better bet when it comes to shoes though.

Both my husband and I came from families who had financial struggles when we were kids and we both went through the same issues with name calling, blisters and constant wet feet in winter. We now have good jobs and our own home and you best believe we have the biggest cupboard of shoes and both our moms get everything they want. I’m so sorry you’ve had a tough start in life but you sound like you’ve got what it takes to turn it around and one day you’ll have the last laugh.

I skimmed to the meat of the post so I totally missed the 10 years so that's my fault, but like I said, everyone else had already eviscerated OP so I figured I'd try to at least give some helpful advice for the future. You're right though, after 10 years this should have been known.

Pizza dough isn't hard, and there's lots of recipes that only take 15 minutes.

I would cut it using a large glass and make circular calzones with a few different fillings (I'd do cheddar with ham, and pimento cheese, plus a few that are cinnamon sugar). Seal the edges with a fork. It just looks nicer.

Usually when people say stuff like this they experience their first intimacy in their 20s at the earliest, not at 16, which is probably not uncommon at all for “first experiences”, and I would argue it’s still a bit early.
