As a software engineer with a decade of experience, I understand the tech better than you think. And spoiler: most experienced engineers are skeptical/critical of cryptocurrency as anything but a risky speculative asset (i.e. gambling) at best.

If you're talking about CBDCs, nobody is seriously proposing those use cryptocurrency chains because it would literally defeat the only supposed point of the tech.

Even the use of CBDCs at all is honestly a bit questionable, as there doesn't seem to be much real need for them in most places, and people are worried after seeing what China did with theirs.

One, circumcision doesn't really have anything to do with nicking your penis. It wouldn't have hurt any less if you had foreskin.

Two, genitals are extremely veinous: there's a ton of blood vessels concentrated in a small area, so even a tiny cut bleeds a lot, like your forehead. You'll see a lot of blood and the cut will open easily, but you're not in any real danger.

Use a topical agent like Neosporin to promote blood clotting and bandage it as best you can. Clean it and reapply the bandage regularly to avoid infection.

And maybe look into laser hair removal if this bothers you that much.

As someone who lives in Colorado, no they didn't.

They made a partnership with PayPal where you give PayPal a % fee to exchange your cryptocurrency for actual USD, which PayPal then gives to the government. At no point is the government actually accepting Bitcoin as part of that process.

Complete lack of privacy isn't a positive for most people.

I would also say it's way easier to get them out if you can sit on the toilet and prop your legs up on a stool with your knees apart, and then you can squeeze your kegels and it drops down a bit. You can then get enough of a grip to break the suction and pull it out and dump it right in the toilet.

If you can't tell your best friend your true feelings... they ain't your best friend. The vibe I get from reading this is that you two are very close and you want to date someone that close and not just be with randos.
the part that urks me as a man is if she's getting upset that you did something wrong for thinking she is high enough quality to date. As if you have betrayed her or something. Clearly you weren't just hanging out with her all this time for sex. If that were the case after 2 years you woulda moved on.
If I were you, id just set her down and tell her you aren't going to have any hidden agenda. tell her how you feel then ask her something along the lines of "what is it you are looking for? Do you want someone who treats you like I do? cause if so.. im right here."
But if you really aren't interested in her romantically and Ive read everything you said incorrectly, just apologize and suggest you hang out soon and move on with your friendship.

Try the quiz at putacupinit.com, it was really useful to pinpoint the type of cup that fits me correctly. I also recommend practicing putting it in and taking it when you are not on your period, to lessen the panic and bloodbath that may ensue.
