People on reddit get really mad when your post isn't exactly what they expect. They're upset they got to the end of the post and didn't hear about your consequences. They're not trying to be mean to you, they're trying to say "Look how well I can stick to the subreddit's rules and culture" to the other members of the sub. I'm sorry they're like this.

Tell him it's not a big deal and don't let him say otherwise, neither of you will benefit from internalizing this, it's completely normal.

Girl, be nice to yourself. This guy sounds really understanding. As someone who breaks their head over every little stupid decision I made, and gets anxiety over every bigger stupid decision every second day, I feel you. But please don't stop meetung with him over this. I have had several moments in my life were I broke off contact over something which at the time seemed way worse than it was.

And I regret every one of them.

No consequences means no FU. Might mean personal embarrassment or a little soul searching, maybe even a quick fap, but that's not a FU.

If you called back and his boyfriend answered the phone and you listened to an hour and a half of squishy-slurpy fap-and-tickle, that would be a FU of some proportion.

See I would have believed you if it wasn’t for the wet squishing noises I heard and his little grunts here and there. idk what to believe but tomorrow I’m gonna ask him about, or maybe not, idk we’ll see. I may post an update, if there is one or not idk.
