As a parent of 3 close in age. This is pretty funny.

You were visiting and helping out. I can't see this getting blown out of proportion.

Next I went over there I'd bring an extra shirt of my own. Something like a cheap white T and write my name on it with a sharpie.

I understand the post now and I feel your pain. Especially those houses with low ceilings and the fans are literally in your face. Not to mention you truly see how much dust someone has on their fans and fridge tops.

They need to be more accommodating to tall people smh. Not our fault we are giants and need taller everything

You might have been the person that switched for me, so I appreciate it!

My family (2 kids 4M/2M) were flying back via Southwest from FL but had a stop off in TX. Families board first on Southwest so we thought we were good. 2 hour layover, but the first flight got delayed so we were running to make connection. Get there and of course only middle seats left. Had to leave my 4M a couple seats behind me and set him up with tablet. Nice man switched so we could sit together. Always remembered that instance of kindness.

Look…Valentines day has been taken over by corporate greed so any money you spend on Valentines day just goes straight into their pockets. If you’re not feeling it with someone, rip the bandaid off and find you someone your style. We all have preferences for a reason. ;)

I've swapped twice: once after being asked to give up an aisle for a middle so a dad could sit with his little boy, and once asking someone else if I could give up a first class seat for coach so I could sit with my husband. I'm well aware how people feel about being asked to switch, so I made sure to begin the request with "would you like to take my first class seat so that..." and she was standing up collecting her things before I could finish my sentence. I'd never ask to switch for something better.

They are also Type 1 or whatever documentation. Which means a lot of times you can show only a passport instead of multiple types of id and they are in the same class or above the new Real ID things some states are starting to require for even domestic travel.

This post shows you have a heart my dude. There’s going to be times you let yourself down. Give yourself time for grief and time for forgiveness. You’re a young guy. There will be times ahead for you to step up.
