Unless we’re planning on going outside the US, there really isn’t a need for a passport for a minor. Identification isn’t required for minors when traveling throughout the US.

Um well having been involved in rescue they can do what we normally do and that is post on the local Facebook group pages for local animals/pets. Then everyone will comment when they see the dog. They could also put up a live trap (or several) ti catch the dogs and its siblings. Weve recovered some missing 2 months!

Why? I’ll swap for an equal or better seat if people want to sit together. It’s on them for not taking care of that before getting on the plane, but if it’s not an inconvenience (worse seat, away from my carry on, etc.) and I’m traveling alone, I’m ok moving.
