As a manager, I can tell you that talking bad about your colleagues at your level is always a mistake. You can talk about the bosses (although I would suggest not to their face) or the people below you; but talking about those on the same level, and especially those with seniority, will create a level of animosity that will only make you want to quit.

I've been cooking since I was 5. Made beef short ribs multiple times right? I was 20? Made them for a special dinner with friends. I, to this day, have NO idea what I did wrong. Imagine 4 people trying to cut into flubber-like hockey pucks. They bent, they squished, they slithered off the plates. They were impervious to stabbing ( and when dining with Marines , they tried). I took them away and ordered pizza.

Nothing wrong with your English here, so it seems more related to your issue with public speaking.

If you have noone to speak English to, try "narrating" yourself in English when you are at home by yourself. Just voice everything you are doing and/or thinking in English. This will help you get more comfortable speaking it.

Also, try talking to your teacher about your issue with introversy / public speaking if they are in any way approachable for these things, and ask them for other tips in trying to get used to speaking English (your writing seems more than fine) - tips other than "you just have to get over it", ofcourse. They night have some good resources for you to use.

Related, but irrelevant. This is why once I started gaming online, I always looked for international groups / communities. It got me used to speaking English all the time.

I dated a girl who told me she wasn’t very good at cooking. First time I stayed at her place she decided to make me eggs. She burnt them, and also ruined everything else she was cooking. It was so sweet that she tried to feed me, I didn’t care how the food turned out. We’ve been married for eight years she makes miracles happen in the kitchen all the time, and I’m more in love with her now than I’ve ever been. Don’t worry about burning the food, if he’s the right guy he won’t care.

Stuff happens to everyone with the opposite sex. In high school (long time ago) I ran into my crush in the high school office. He said something funny, I laughed--and blew the biggest snot bubble I've ever blown in my life. He just stood there smiling at me and I snorted it back in and the moment passed. Embarrassing as hell, but not fatal.
