I have a labrum tear in my shoulder, from a dislocation, 10 months ago

I have seen a physio past 10 months, a shoulder specialist and had a MRI scan, to show the tear and dislocation and most recently got myself a PT for rehab. All the information I have got from the specialist has been great, but the main thing I have taken away, is start light, any sharp pain is bad, aches the next are ok, get some bands, use them daily, loads of shoulder exercises to learn on YouTube, and I can't bench press, I can dumbbell press, but no machines or bars as of the limited motion. Hope any of that info helps.

Oh cool, someone else who's done something similar to me! I kicked a stick, and the stick decided to stab me from the inner-side of my foot! Them cleaning that out with alcohol HURT LIKE A MOTHERFUCKER!! That and the numbing in like, 20 separate injections, to give me stitches.

Can't find the pencil piece, so I'm guessing still messy.

My uncle stepped on a toothpick once. NBD, they pulled it out, he was fine.
