The thing is...they definitely shouldn't be so touchy and if this is the only reason there are issues now than that's on them. I doubt this is the only reason though. I have found in my life that people who claim to be atheist are as evangelical about their atheism as Christian can be about their Christianity. Second a pentagram and a star of David are two very different and distinct things. The star of David is also more a Jewish symbol than a Christian symbol. I highly doubt the person whi drew this "star" in the dirt was of either persuasion. Most likely some ill informed kid thinking they were being edgy and snarky

Roughly a million years ago I worked with a guy who was pretty much constantly drunk/high/both, including at work.

Apparently one night he was so wasted that he mistook his bedroom for the bathroom, and proceeded to pull out the dresser drawer and take a shit in it. Had no clue until he went to get dressed the next morning.

As you are not sick yet it's probably fine. I assume the seafood was cooked and the salad marinated including something acidic like lemon juice and/or vinegar? This helps preserve the seafood as opposed to the pieces being exposed to air by themselves. Of course this is no recommendation to eat months old salad just because it's marinated but it is an explanation for it not tasting horribly yet.

Imo one more thing is that when you're in a relationship, you should want to know as much as possible about your partner's health, about their symptoms, the conditions they have... I asked my partner if I could see which medicine they take, so I'd be aware if there are bad secondary effects I could spot and warn them about.

They sound like some great friends, but do let them know that the glasses don't really work - in case they go getting them for someone else in the future! Every once and a while a video post pops up here of some muppet putting them on and crying like they've just seen the face of god, and they always end up being called out on their nonsense. There's lots of videos on YT about this particular sham; Scishow has a good one if memory serves.

When you are on your periods, your cervix might be more opened than usual. I remember il r/badwomensanatomy someone posted a "good anatomy" serie of pictures she took of her own cervix during periods, it was instructive. That's also the reason why doctors tell you to get an appointment during your period to put the iud in. That said the pain is different for each person.

I apologise if this comes off as judgemental but I am genuinely lost for words on this.... I don't quite understand how OP wasn't aware of what birth control their gf was on, surely if you're going bareback that's a discussion you would have had? Also, the risk of injury/infection by incorrectly removing an IUD in such an aggressive way is a very real, dangerous possibility. I'm sorry OP, but you need to do better.

I am still searching for the fuck up. There was nothing unusual or wrong that you did OP. If you sharing your factual knowledge offended them then you should also be offended by their sharing of their fictional knowledge. IMHO there is no better fun than to pick up a verbal fight with a religious fanatic (if the person has some sort of logic and sense in them), the most fun is to watch them fall into their own logical grave that they keep on digging by their own previous logics. But anyhow, the idea is not to have fun always but I have seen people started to actually understand and question their own belief and the propaganda religious texts once they have been through some sort of rational thought process and that brings joy to me and I am not at all ashamed of it and I feel no-one should be either.
