Because the layout of the three main pyramids kinda sorta looks like Orion's Belt from the air.
Except it's flipped. Hence the (wrong) idea that it looked really different thousands of years ago.

Reply to TIL your computer keyboard is 20,589 times dirtier than a toilet seat. The average office keyboard has 3,543,000 colony-forming units (CFU) of bacteria per square inch while your average toilet seat only has 172 CFU per square inch by SappyGilmore
Has anyone considered that toilet seats, regardless how close to bare anus, are generally very clean?

A vaccine you say? I have an immune system, thank you very much. Iβm not injecting myself with that poison!

That's the point, they literally saw gifts coming from heaven and some people riding chariots of fire flying through the skies, that religion is the only real one so far

My advice is never wake up to a song you like that much or you'll come to dread the sound of it.

This is important to understand.
The Belgians basically levied a tax on the population to produce rubber, and to enforce it, they hired African slavers, who after the slave trade ended, continued using brutal practices to extract as much wealth for themselves as they could.
The problem was really just how cruel people could be to other people. I don't think the Europeans actually understood just how bad things had gotten. They just cared that the rubber kept coming to fuel rapid industrialization in Europe.

"Modern civilization" meaning... 1992, when The Bodyguard came out? 1973, when DSotM came out?
Why does it matter that one extremely successful pop album sold a little more than another? It's not like Pink Floyd toiled in obscurity. What's wrong with Whitney Houston? She was an incredibly gifted singer.

Japan is no different, with no rabies outbreaks in nearly 50 years, widespread use of vaccines, and strict immigration controls regarding pets.
Rabies kills a significant percentage of those bitten. Also, once it spreads, it takes a very long time to suppress.

I mean it had:
-I Will Always Love You
-I Have Nothing
-Run To You
That's more great songs than many bands have made in their lifetime.

Not only are the pyramids NOT aligned to the belt of Orion, in order to force them to align, the north/south axis has to be flipped.
