This actually doesn't matter much in most situations. It only matters if you block out one eye.

Nono, I don't think its racist, I know its racist. Please do tell them that.
And calling people white assholes just means you're one as well.
And no, sorry, racial quotas for immigration are not cool, always racist, and you are a bigot, a racist, and a flat out terrible person if you defend it or think its acceptable in this day and age. Get your head out of the past and stop defending the practices of shitty people.

Have you ever looked into how much work it takes to change a name? It’s not easy, you have to redo every single document you have.
When I got married I just added his last name to the end of mine on email and social media accounts and called it a day.

It could be also the fact that there are millions of indigenous Americans who have been told they are "Hispanic", "Latino", or "Mexican" and we are starting to realize this as an attempt to erase our native history by erasing our cultures. Through assimilation the native population lost its tribal traditions and history and we became exactly what the white man wanted us to be, ignorant of our past and of our culture.

Sometimes it happens. I have known an irrational number of women named Sarah in my life, none related to me. I don’t know why and I certainly didn’t look for women named Sarah. Taylor might just be a name that is common in Lautner’s generation.

“The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind” by Julian Jaynes goes into this in depth from a different perspective.

So then it is crucial that they share this fact before it becomes severed. I'll do so right now, thanks.

Now read about what happens to unborn baby boys as soon as they get there first testosterone bath in the womb. Their body temperature raises to about 108° which cooks that corpus callosum, inhibiting cross hemisphere communication. Early studies of the difference of the hemispheres was done by men and they recognize that women had something in their thought processes that men didn't, so they assumed women functioned out of the right side of their brains (creative, artsy, emotional) and men functioned out of the left side of their brains (order, logic, more stoic). The truth is, the men doing the studying just focused on the difference. When women got into the science they realized that they functioned in both sides of their brains while men were stuck pretty much on one side. The science of the testosterone bath came next.

Quite common - 20–30% of women now retain their name when they get married. The number rises every year, after dipping a bit in the 80s.

Madison Bumgartner used to date a girl named Madison Bumgartner. Sadly it didn't work out though.
