What percentage of human moms would kill 2 other babies to guarantee their baby would never be poor?
My guess: 60%

That's a pretty hardcore reproductive instinct there. Do they do it if their food and other resources are tight, or all the time?

Most of my memories of Disney from the early 2000’s was watching what came out in the 90’s, Pixar(bc my parents loved them) and watching Pirates of the Caribbean

It was 400,000 DM which was roughly €200,000 in 2000. This is about 220,000 USD in today's money.

She had to have an episiotomy during childbirth, or as she put it, going hard in the taint.

Atlantis at least is a weak movie with excellent art direction.
Lilo and Stitch is superior

There is book called Ella Minnow Pea, about a island that worships the sentence "The Quick Brown Fox Jumps Over the Lazy Dog" and have it hanging in city center, put up by their founder 100 years before. The letters start falling off and they take it as a sign from God to not use the letters and the book uses less and less letters as it goes on.

Canada was built on the Fur Trade and the Beaver remains a national symbol, on the reverse of every 5 cent piece.

A lot of animals eat the eggs of their pray. No doubt human animals saw that and copied. Then decided to heat it up like we did with other animal products.

This is my favorite beaver fact. They just really need for that sound to not be there.

Imagine being that kid growing up.
"I could have been the first woman in the NBA, but I gave it all up for you you little bastard, and this is how you repay me?"
"Fine, I'll do the dishes."
"And you'll clean your room!"

>The Cheshire Cat in Alice in Wonderland or Donkey in Shrek, are a cat and donkey respectively. Never mind their fantastical setting, if you had Donkey walking on two legs and declaring he was an engineer I would raise an eyebrow.
Alice in wonderland has the rabbit that sits at a table and drinks tea and other things. Shrek has Puss in Boots, gingerbread man, honestly a ton. You say it is rare but it really isn't.

> "Three crucial factors that influenced how likely a female was to commit infanticide were: Living in a harsh environment, Motherhood that involved particularly high energy costs for the female, High competition for resources with other individuals. When such pressures reach a threshold, mums seem primed to kill. Hrdy is impressed with the work, though she questions why humans were not included. Hrdy has also studied infanticide in humans and points out that, in our society, mothers rely on particularly high levels of social support during the early stages of their child’s life. If that support isn’t there, human mothers may be more likely to neglect their children, even to the point of death."
