But the cars are not stock! They're tube chassis race cars with plastic bodies and stickers for headlights. GT2 cars are closer to stock than this.

Back then, being able to solve a cube was a major flex. It was considered a hallmark of genius because very few people knew how and there weren't a lot of resources that would give away the trick.

For me, it's one of the funniest things in the world. People are so delusional, they keep calling NASCAR a "stock" car racing series. Those cars are anything but stock.
