Yup! If you buy the product they are giving out samples for that day, they get commission from that sale. At least that was what one of the workers told me when I asked.

It’s understood, though I’m not sure morale is helped by being told you might be damned for eternity if your actions are too valorous.

Whilst Greaves no longer make motor cycles the family still have an engineering works in the same building where the Invacars were made, and if you ask nicely they still have new old stock spare parts :)

Or in layman's terms, because it is blue

Interesting info, thanks! I figured back then that the required length of audio samples would be greatly reduced over time. Honestly, with tech's fast advancements, it's less of a surprise and more of what's expected.

Morale is critical in war. He needs to ask these kinda questions to do his job.

Well, you'll have to lodge a complaint then with the Ministry of Redundancy, Excess Overages Agency, Department of Surplus Words and Phrases.

Elevenlabs' AI voice only needs 5 minutes for maximum effect now. Hell, someone took a very minor character with 23 seconds of dialogue (Morshu) and created a convincing meme with it.

Having seen some of these up close I think it was basic requirements safety that was the end of them :), they did have some funky features such as to get in you could actually slide the seat towards the door once seated you could slide it back into the central position. They were driven almost exclusively with hand controls, a throttle like a motorbike, handle bars for steering and most amusingly you pushed down on the handle bars to brake.

It's knowing that someone in the strategic process is sanctioning the morality of your actions specifically so you don't fear damnation.
