>If a person claims that X exists and is real then the burden is on that person to supply some support for that claim, some evidence or proof that others can and should examine before accepting it. It is incorrect to think that X exists and is real until someone can prove that there is no X.

Yeah... It says the dude invented it after he moved to Springfield, Massachusetts in the 1890s so I would say yes a Canadian did it but "Canada" did not as he did it in the USA. It's an American sport, therefore, as we are a nation of immigrants. Doesn't matter where he came from. Melting pot. Checkmate, eh?

Yes sir. Look it up
It was invented by James Naismith (a Canadian) while he was teaching at a YMCA in Massachusetts

I feel like you haven’t read a single word I wrote or thought about it. You seem pretty dead set that you are right which is fine. Just remember to keep an open mind. We are still a young species trying to grasp at very large subjects which we have no or very limited understanding of

It's actually for control of illegal goldmines that the music fans work at according to another commenter.

They do the same with glass. All our local glass recycling bins that were colour coded for clear, green and brown now just accept assorted glass.

So 50 years is 600 months.
"S"He donated ~every 2 months, so "S"he went ~300 times to donate blood.
The typical amount of blood donation is 1 pint.
So "S"he donated ~300 Pints of blood
There are 8 Pints in 1 gallon.
300/8 = ~37.5
"S" He donated closer to 37 gallons than 23 gallons
