Reply to TIL about Lillan Bloodworth, who donated blood every 56 days for nearly 50 years. By the time she stopped at age 85, she had donated 23 gallons. (The average person's body contains about 1.5 gallons.) by WouldbeWanderer
Tell me if I'm wrong here but I always think about why this has to be a donation and this can't be something people get paid for. Isn't the hospital turning your donation right around into a profit? I'm not trying to dissuade charity but honestly this seems like something twisted to me.

I’m about the same amount but had to stop due to my iron being too high.
I did a full blood work up and EVERYTHING was good but other issues have slowed my donating.
I’m aiming for 111 donations.

It's sooo freaking annoying. Almost impossible to get the cap back on, it collapses when pouring.

Fuuuuck investing in this company. Sounds too good to be true and from a scalability or tangible product perspective, it is.
Fool me once spider goats shane on you.

Reply to TIL the musician and songwriter D'Angelo not only recorded a song, "Unshaken", for Red Dead Redemption 2, he also served as a playtester during the videogame's development due to his love of the series by grizzburger
I had no idea he wrote that song for the game. The sequence when that song plays is one of my top three "music enhancing gameplay" moments I've ever experienced.

That’s what I was thinking I never separate it. But I saw people collecting huge amounts of bottles for the deposit and they separate it to flatten the bottles to fit more into one plastic bag to return

I hate these caps and rip them off.
I don't think I've ever, or at least very rarely, separated a cap and a bottle permanently during use, always put it back on before throwing it out. So I kinda don't see the point.
But I guess some people must like open a bottle and throw away the cap? Weird.

People have been shaving their head in that temple for centuries much before all the export.

I think there's a huge market for women's wigs. A lot of african american women use wigs for straight hair because their natural hair is curly.
