Then it's probably good that OP covered exactly that in a top level comment.

Reply to comment by conventionalWisdumb in TIL that Walt Disney World began as "The Florida Project". Dummy corporations were used, by Walt Disney Productions, to buy up 27,000 acres of land to avoid bursts of land speculation in the Orlando area. Early rumors assumed possible development by NASA, Ford, the Rockefellers, and Howard Hughes. by jdward01
You may be more familiar than most of the impact Disney has on the region. “The hidden side” was referring to the secretive 1960’s purchase of land, mentioned in the wiki article linked. It was later “revealed” to be part of the Disney project.
Not implying that Disney killed the Space Coast, either. That seems to be the result of changes in investment for the Space Program, and contractors who worked in engineering jobs related to the Space Program.

If he's regretful, treated and paid his time? Yeah I think so. It didn't show particular signs of cruelties and he was legit insane at the time. Harboring grudges, even if justified, for decades and making it your lifelong mission to keep following and resenting and attacking a person means your life will also be stuck in that day.
Doesn't mean I'm going to personally embrace him and invite him in my house like some people do.

Yep. Unvaccinated too. They got a measles issue a few years ago. Quite a few kids got seriously sick but because the hospitals are situated in vaccinated areas the 'umbrella-effect' kept it from spreading further. Luckily only one youth, (a 17 year old girl), died.

Reply to TIL in the 1920s, Coco Chanel accidentally got a tan, and helped inspire the trend of sunbathing. Soon "sunlight therapy" was prescribed for almost every ailment from fatigue to tuberculosis. Before this, tanned skin was associated with the lower classes who work outside, and fair skin was revered. by Pfeffer_Prinz
still today in some parts of asia pale skin = rich because dont have to work outside.

Could you have done? Do you have a time machine that you're going to go back and publish it in 1987?
Or do you just think it's okay to publish an unauthorized Mickey Mouse cartoon today, as long as it is set before 1928?
I don't get what you think the loophole is, here.

Just keep in mind that while the Milky Way was known as the galaxias kyklos ("milky circle") the ancient Greeks didn't understand that it was a galaxy in the modern sense of the word.
They didn't realize when they looked up at it that it was a partial, edge-on view of a huge, spiral system of billions of stars of which the Sun is one that sits near the edge.

They wouldn't be able to release Peter Pan in the UK though.
Then they would need to deal with the negative publicity that comes from explaining why they refused to release Peter Pan in the UK.

Guaranteeing permanent income for a children's hospital is absolutely in the public good.
