And to think the property in Orlando is actually 4 theme parks and 2 water parks. They still have enough land to triple what they've already built.

The Romans literally used lead as an additive to improve the taste of cheap wine.

It was more so to keep the tourist traps and cheep motels out of site or at arms length, so to speak. Also, when Orlando sentinel broke the story, it was Disney buying up land the surrounding properties quadrupled in price.

Not to be pedantic, (but I’m going to be) but it should be long live George, since it says “descendent of the current monarch” so George and his children (or Charlotte and Louis if there are abdications) would fit that criteria longer than Harry’s children, since they will not be descended from the monarch once Charles passes.

I do find it odd that that method of circumventing the RAP has maintained popularity in American legal documents. You’d think we’d have developed our own Patriotic ‘Murican version like “as long as the Statue of Liberty stands plus X years” or something similar.

Look at what happened to Six Flags New Orleans, after Katrina. The park was underwater for weeks. The initial assessment was that it would be closed for the rest of '06 and through the '07 season. but they then realized the damage was far too significant to fix.
They salvaged what rides they could but most of them are still standing and rotting.

Wasn't it Tobi Vail?
I don't think it was a secret, just than Hanna and Vail had recently bought some teen spirit deoderant while shopping together and Hanna was making a joke about that.

It was built in 2002 in response to years of delays building the Interstate 189 bypass into downtown Burlington by IAmDavidGurney
It's just an ugly piece of "art." It can mock whatever it wants. It's been mocking the city of Burlington for years. People can make whatever they want, for whatever reasons they espouse. And I'm allowed to say it's fucking stupid. I mean, have you seen that thing in person? It's not worth the time you and I have spent typing about it.
Burlington is covered with garbage that self-righteous idiots claim to be "art" with a "message."

Raiding, yeah.
I'm not going to justify it, but if your crops fail you'd rather it was someone else's problem rather than the problem of your kids. If your neighbour doesn't have any food, well, then I'm sure they have something to sell.
Not a justification, it was just a very different time. There were fewer food banks and homeless shelters...

Interesting Smithsonian just says she was granted 20+ patents.
