If I have no choice but to park by a poorly parked car I just low key take a pic of the plate. “Can’t park well” is enough of a causation/correlation for me to be a little nervous about their overall driving skills. That and the asshats of the world like this jag driver..

I saw someone with 'fnwypk' (or something like that) plate t-bone a parked car and take off. I called the cops and easily remembered the plate.

Glad to report this was not my post on FPF, just passing the info along. But yeah, don’t trust the white plates!
