Hi all! I'm looking for any good places to go sledding within half an hour of Windsor. Most of the recommendations I'm seeing are pretty far away.

That sounds excellent! Can you provide a link to where this is as a quick google search is providing too many possible options. I'm assuming you're referring to the entrance on the East side?

You’re going to want to check that they’re not running a tow or lift, which would prevent you from using the hill. Over the last 5 years or so, the ski trails had been hike only, so just about anyone could use them for whatever, but that may have changed for this year…
