it’s my personal preference to avoid things like artificial food dyes, shortening, high fructose corn syrup and things like that that aren’t the best things go consume. So basically baked goods that avoid similar ingredients

Sure if you want to live in Springfield, Brattleboro or some scuzzy part of southern vermont, but who wants that

I can't remember exactly, but it was right in the center of the drink display on the back wall

Thank you!! The sun gets pretty loud here, darkness sounds relieving.

Then it should say “maple flavored” somewhere on the label. Pretty sure there’s a law about that.

People hear “darkness” and they think shorter days, but much of VT is as cloudy as Seattle, just like upstate NY. That’s what really gets people, IMO. It’s not as bad as Alaska or Scotland, but it’s pretty awful.
The days themselves are actually not that much shorter than northern Florida, and we get longer summer days in return. It all balances out.

Sorry, but this is false. They soft open at 945 Sunday thru Friday, 915 on Saturdays, no one special gets in the door early without advanced permission from the GM. It's a safety issue
Business card holders used to get in an hour early about 25 years ago
Gas station opens at 6am Monday thru Saturday and 7am on Sunday

Vermont does actually have paved roads. But there are a lot of dirt roads and long driveways.

Did you find a lack of mosquitoes up in VT or are they just bigger/meaner? Gotta ask top priority questions of my fellow Floridians.

But you can use the word “Vermont” such as the Vermont curry. Vermont is used just like “artisan”. I believe it’s trade marked word now?

For my partner and I, we learned we were wasting money until we learned to buy bulk that doesn't expire. Toilet paper, paper towels, butter for the freezer, chicken breasts for the freezer, jarred and dry food items that last at least 6 months. We do save money, but we definitely wasted a lot of food before we realized that the amounts sold of many items are too large for 2 people to consume.

It's drugs, mental health, guns, and our weak legal system. Our (former?) commissioner of Public Safety, Mike Sherling said as much. He also said that offenders have told law enforcement that they come specifically to Vermont to do their drug trade because our legal system is less robust than our New England neighbors. With drugs, comes crime. We also have a lot of suicide.

What does the emotion of guilt have to do with these things though?
