Almost all ski resorts are hiring and low staffed I worked at Okemo and got an email at the beginning of the season that they are starting at 20 an hour now. I found my job there was pretty freeing and interesting of course there is good and bad with everything . Vail resorts owns a lot of the ski resorts now.

SD Ireland is a great company to work for, can’t say enough about them. If you want to bust your ass off you’ll go far within the company. Scott and Steven were some of the best bosses I ever had, although it’s been 10 years since I worked there and they have grown ALOT, but I doubt their values have changed. Seriously cannot recommend working there enough.

Otherwise GMCR isn’t far, Darn Tough/Cabot hosiery, Cabot creamery. Luckily there’s a lotta people hiring! Best of luck!!

Probably not. There were plenty of places blatantly breaking health code laws but the state recently cracked down really hard

They just cracked down in the burlington area HARD on cafes. I can think of at least 3 or 4 that recently got cited.

There has been a whole flock of ducks and geese that didn’t migrate this winter. I was really worried it was gonna be too late in the year for them to do it but clearly all the birds that wasted energy migrating were the real dummies, because winter was over in like a month and the river never froze. Blegh

I’ve probably had a total of two weeks of snowy weather this winter :( and I didn’t get to enjoy any of them because I was at work!
