The connectivity charge from Green Mountain Power has gone up more percentage wise since I bought my home mid 2018. 15.10% vs 14.63% for $/kWh

There are annual auctions, used to be two. Might be some traveling fur buyers around but I don't know. I only trap enough to tan on my own and make stuff so I haven't yet gotten into that aspect of it. From what I've read in the trappers post, coyotes are anticipated to be down this year, but it doesn't hurt trying or just holding until next year if they bounce back. On that note I highly recommend reading the trappers post. has lots of great articles, info and projections on markets, and state by state news. You get a subscription with the 25 dollar membership to the Vermont trappers association, which alone is helpful for the future of trapping here. They work with wardens and legislators, put on events, and teach the trapper Ed courses. They would also have more info on fur buyers so I'd reach out to them.

Are their any furbuyers around VT? I'm aware of the prices. I'm going to start calling soon. I was wondering if anyone would buy coyotes or if I should just not shoot them because.

If there's a long freeze, don't expect any road to be full clear for at least a week.

I think the other piece of it is that we are so connected to how hands should look and move. So when they look off it’s immediately apparent. If you look closely at any part of this picture it’s definitely off. No plaid looks like that )but it should it looks great, that’s not what real knitting looks like, the buckles aren’t quite right, the strap kinda wraps behind the neck more than is natural, the hair, eyes chicken face are all a bit off. But hands being a little off appear super off and the uncanny valley of them is steep and wide, so not only is it worse at them but there’s an anthrocentric (if that’s a word) issue with them too. If some other creature looked at ai of itself it might notice something off being more disturbing that would pass unnoticed to us.

The house is actually relatively new. Built in 2007. And from what I can tell pretty well insulated. If we don’t open the windows in the summer time it gets so cold you have to wear pants and we don’t have AC. Guess I should have someone come look at this

You’re right. Theres a huge issue with people letting their dogs have free reign of property that doesn’t belong to them. Its unfortunate.
