Wishing you the very best in finishing your project. Nothing like doing it yourself. I have friends who bought land in Morgan (they live in CC) wanting to build a house themselves eventually retiring near me. I put them up and helped most of year but husband still working 4 days a week. He did take long stretches off (owned his trade businessin hvac) but still materials you speak of, windows, cabinets, doors, electric service was pushed so far back. They ended up selling unfinished. Life changes. New owners secured a local contractor and it is finally finished this December.

Yeah, my indoor/outdoor cats are not a nuisance to anyone but ME (when it rains, and they refuse to go outside to shit in our woods which means I have to do extra cleanings of the litter boxes). I have no neighbors, except the Amish folks across the road and they LIKE my cats keeping the rodent population in their barn in check. My cats are too busy napping and eating and mouse chasing to worry about damn birds.

Also, I think that people who own land where they've been spotted are tired of them being killed off by stupid 'trophy' hunters and the govt. and so are not reporting their presence any longer. I have family still up there, and friends and they tell me every couple of years about seeing one while out hiking or hunting. I honestly don't think they ever really 'left'. I think they moved further north and the ones seen in Vermont are either just passing through or possibly trying to expand their range. I'm not a zoologist so I have no clue, but I know I'VE seen one (back in the 90's outside of Underhill), and folks I know have seen them. We really have no reason to lie about it.

Right now actually I'd a great time for budget players with the last product releases at the end of the year.

If your looking for top tier competitive then it's traditional fashion of 600-800 easy. Tearlament is tier 0 at the moment with little change in site. Spright, runic trailing behind

If you go Rouge you could escape for as little as $100 for something extremely competent. I'd looking into swordsoul, floowandereeze, sky striker, branded.

But we have a wide variety of decks at local regurally

Not truly sparse on regular players, but some of the local players have been running into new/old players that were looking for a place to play and being the state we are it's not the easiest place to find places to play! But we already work with a local game store! Just thought with the recent influx, it might be wise to throw out some information in case anyone happens to go looking!

I get that these games are designed to be in person, but have you considered linking up with regional game shop hosts? There’s a couple of places near me (Windsor county) that run these type of games. If you’re short players, remote players that are proctored by the hosts might give you the folks you need. At the very least, it gives you some connections in a population sparse area.

For those wondering, it is a Yu-Gi-Oh! Tournament. It is held weekly and just trying to increase weekly local turnout! I know that people who have played or are new to play it isn't the easiest state to find local events or players Age range varies from 6 - 30 on average. It is and must remain a family-friendly event due to the age rand of all possible participants!
