Yeah that's the plan actually. I mapped out all the ski resorts in VT and Bolton looked favorable. It's near the "big" towns people want to go to, and other 5-6 big and small resorts nearby. The plan is to base camp at Bolton, but also go visit Smugs, Sugarbush, Mad River, Cochran's, and Stowe and maybe other further resorts. And maybe pop over to Canada if we feel like it.
The girlfriend actually wants to start out with two weeks, which had crossed my mind as well, so we'll see if we want to extend and try to stay somewhere else in VT after two weeks.

Went riding Jay Peak yesterday. Had about 5" of sticky powder that was shaved off the top half of the mountain by noon. The woods were pretty good in places. Lower half had decent trail riding but the snow was pretty slow. So hopefully it gets a bit colder before the storms this week

The owners are from Nepal and buy their ingredients from Nepalese markets. Their dumplings are my favorite but everything is good. They are open from around lunch time through dinner and closed on weekends.

There's a convenience market in Weston on the sled trails where everyone gasses up that has some of the best Indian food I've ever had. And I've been to India. Absolutely BANGING.

Seven Days wrote a good story about the couple and how the location came to be a few years ago. They still do a good truck for some events in the area, but cash only.

Made here in Vermont by a family owned company. The mattress are not inexpensive, and I am not a salesman, but I have never had better sleep in my life, not to mention I no longer have any back pain! Invest in the best nights sleep you can imagine, it’s worth it.

like a diversity statement should be a 20 minute footnote at a meeting. "let's do this, done.". definitely understand not wanting to displace other important agenda items to discuss it.
