Agreed I haven't had a problem within a month. But, if you don't use it that fast I suggest refrigerating. I've gotten the mold and it's just gross, sure you can kill it with reboiling, but still some yuck factor for me.

May I ask about your square footage? $300/month for heating in December is much, much less than I paid in oil. Are you glad you took the leap to getting a heat pump? I'm sure your long term savings are going to be absolutely worth it, but I'm also sure that monthly payment hurts right now...

Because our oil furnace broke last May, We put in a heat pump in November. Bosch with auxiliary heating coils to help when temperatures are very low. Financed. Because it is a historically significant home, we used mostly existing ductwork (adding some floor vents) rather than mini splits. We are all electric with back-up whole house propane generator.
Approx 1400 sf. No zones. Home is Insulated but very leaky windows.
Heat pump including install, electric upgrade at pole, generator upgrade, cost $22k all in. Monthly payment roughly $300.
December electric bill was about $300. Expecting lower spring, summer and fall.
Would like to add solar. Just pacing our home improvements.

It should be stored in the most accessible spot. Therefore you won’t have to worry about it expiring because it’ll been consumed too quickly haha

Doesn't it crystalize when you freeze it? Or is that not so much a problem?

Well Bob Kiss won with 30% of the vote using IRV.
"At least with RCV, you guarantee that 50% of the voters think the winner is at least tolerable."No, you do not guarantee that. The night Kiss won, there was a elderly woman on the news saying that she thought she had to vote for every candidate in a preferred order. Her vote ended up going for Kiss, and that literally drove her to tears.
It seems like something that would be very easy to educate people on, but short of sending people out to everyone's homes and sitting with them until you're 100% sure they understand, that just isn't ever going to happen. If you'd been there, you'd know that Burlington really, really, REALLY tried to educate people, and it just didn't work.
You can require a majority and have a series of separate runoffs. Then you can be sure that every vote cast was intentional. With IRV etc. that will never be the case, which is why Burlington ditched it.

Refrigerate after opening. It will develop mold if left out. It has nothing to do with the quality of the syrup.

The problem is that no municipality is going to train people for a voting system that they plan to implement in 20 years when they're old enough to vote.
A series of runoffs with separate dates seems like a pain in the ass, but at least you can be 100% sure that every vote cast was intentional.

If you're into HVAC look at companies like New England Air Systems, Mountain Air, VT Mechanical, Avonda. A. Cooper Mechanical pays $46/hr starting for plumbers plus benefits and tools.

The one huge problem I see with route 302 near Montpelier is that the original concrete roadbed is still in place. That's why you can see long deep cracks snaking back and forth across the asphalt. The asphalt can be ground down for a new layer but after a couple of years the cracks will come back.

Personally I think that the "just don't get it" is a symptom which can be solved with education and time, especially education of children and young adults.

Wouldn't the most complete answer here be "all of them"?
