These are the kind of temps that make one go from is the wood seasoned enough to if its not covered in snow/ice throw it in and i will sweep the pipe when it warms up! I dont mind a night or 2 like this, we have been seriously spoiled this year so far, its the foot of snow then a week of subzero BS that kills me.

Probably going to have an extra cup of coffee and maybe an extra log in the wood stove. Normally I’d be at Smuggs for some laps, but with the wind and temps, nah. Plenty of season left.

Make sure you've got a blanket per person and everyone in the car has a good jacket, hat, gloves, and scarf.

I won't be going anywhere because I don't have to.

The first place that I ever owned was a duplex, built in 1906, converted to duplex in the 1970s and not much modernized. Suffice it to say that the house needed some work. My family and I lived in the 1000 sq. ft. 2 bedroom apartment downstairs and rented out the 650 sq. ft. apartment upstairs. Talk about having strangers live close by. Especially awkward when your tenant has their girlfriend over and they're banging like rabbits directly over your own bedroom at night. 30 feet of separation between 2 buildings would have seemed like a mile in that situation.
