I grew up in one of those towns. They should continue to offer vouchers to surrounding PUBLIC schools. Same as they always have.

I don’t think it’ll instantly destroy education. In fact I think it’s worse because it’ll slowly drive rich high achieving kids out of public schools. Those schools will then stop offering higher lever curriculums which hurts average kids who aren’t rich.

Notice I said rich high achieving? A voucher only covers part of private tuition so parents still need to make up the rest. You have to be at least extremely comfortable to pony up the extra 10k per kid to send them to a private school.

best back story, the dude who owns the store was like a veteran of some war. if i'm remembering correctly he developed a thing for neat flags and realized it was hard to find alot of them so he started selling them from his wood stove store

but no they don't go together at all

My mistake, I misread the VT Digg article. The herb somehow circumvented testing.

"He said the cannabis was not registered with the Cannabis Control Board, and the board is trying to determine how it made its way onto store shelves. The board has contacted the five stores, Pepper said, and they have all stopped selling the cannabis."

So far so good. Zero degrees in Dorset, and my three Haier units are keeping the house at 70 with no issue. Installed this past summer. I turned on the oil burner this morning and set its thermostat at 64 as a fallback, but the circulators have not needed to come on at all. House is about 2600sf, but about a third of that is a basement room which I'm not heating. It's dropped to 51 down there today. 3 sides of the basement are below grade, so it's fairly stable down there.

I tried flag and stove works but was like low key pissed to see that they're made in china.

I have a VT state flag that was made in the USA. I just searched 'flags made in the USA' and got one. It was kinda expensive but the whole point of getting the flag was to be patriotic and I didn't feel right buying one from Xi.
