First, you have to remember that we have a part time legislature with a full time job to do. Second someone has to investigate the allegations and develop charges. That alone is a significant amount of work. Then the House has to vote to impeach. After that the senate has to hold a trial. All of this has to happen while still conducting the other business before the legislature. So yeah, it’s a slow, laborious process.

Shows desperation, same with Facebook posts. Plenty of places to hire from, separate from your advertising venues. Social media is a different market. Mixed between posts of advertising specials and showing off is a constant “Now Hiring” like it’s new. Regulars remember how many times they have seen that ad, and note it. Means you have higher than usual turnover which usually means shit pay/high responsibilities or an abusive/toxic person that drives people away. Usually it’s a spicy combo of all of that.

However. Upon reading it again, this reads like a “I’ll give $20 to whoever gets me an application” by a desperate kitchen manager who got a promotion via someone quitting. And OP said fuck it I’ll try reddit

I’ve heard it many times. My career was as a field going staff of the Forest Service and I also worked for years in the Adirondacks. You get the weirdest looks chopping up frozen beaver carcasses along the side of the road when your conducting fisher research, but I digress. In decades of research in the Forest year round, I’ve never heard of trees exploding from cold, but I’ve heard the very loud popping. So that’s a new one for me.
