Is Rochester too far? Bout 20-30 depending on what part you need to get to.

500 gallons/yr. for 2000 sq. ft supplemented with wood burning stove (1 cord). Boiler main heat source and hot water. Bedrooms have heat pumps that run occasionally. House is pretty tight but a few windows are drafty.

Who cares if something is or isn't unique to Vermont? Unless you've been living under a rock (which I highly suspect), Vermont has a housing crisis that's compounded by a lack of rentable units AND people/corps buying up houses to rent on AirBnB. This is a problem that has to be solved.

AirBnB itself needs to die.

Do you happen to be on a selectboard and own a STR(s)?

If there isn't anyone investigating this, there should be.

That is better than nothing, but still, there are loophole ways of getting around that. Which is why I think we need to kill it at the source and just say fuck AirBnB and any other like competitors.

Two 20 pounders over Summer is pretty much whipping up dinner every day on the grill. Propane can't match the taste of charcoal but charcoal can't match the day-to-day convenience of propane. Day-to-day propane grilling also makes the days you whip out that Weber charcoal grill so much more especial. 🍗🍗 👌👌

We used to be united. Now everyones gone so far left or right they'll never agree upon anything again. Vermont is ripe for the picking and there isn't a damn thing we can do about it.

If the used the modern bodies with 80s internals...good god that'd be the epitome a BIFL.
Only bad thing about the older ones was the bodies rusted out just by looking at them.

Same, I had a 90 legacy with a manual. Incredibly good car. I wouldn’t touch any Subaru made in the last 15 years.

Heh, true. I’ve been running FWD SAABs for 20 years, been bogged in the mud twice. Both times were because the cars were lowered an inch from factory. And one of those times I had zero business even attempting the route, I just decided to send it.

I don't grill that much. Once a month maybe. 2-3 times a year.
