Vermonter here. Not mentally ill and purple haired, and I still think what you do is disgusting. I also have two rescue Labrador’s that were treated like crap. Guess what? They live a perfectly happy life on my couch and bed. They are 12. Grow up and get a life other than killing other animals. Those ducks will do just fine without you. You are grotesque.

Grandfather used to run hunting dogs in the NEK, been a hunter all my life and I have a neighbor that runs his dogs responsibly and treats all of us neighbors respectfully. Unfortunately it only takes a few bad actors to destroy any good will the model hunters have earned.

I truly dislike Shaw from his videos and assume he's acting in bad faith, but unfortunately this type of hunting has too much potential for negative outcomes nowadays.

He claims to hunt. But let’s all be honest, he doesn’t. I’ve met him in person, right after this whole thing went down, I asked him what his feelings were on using dogs to find a wounded animal if that meant the dogs crossed onto his land, he said he would not let someone retrieve a legally shot animal that entered his land. He is NOT a sportsman.

I do remember the hotel at mount snow, (I think it's called the summit?) had a heated pool that went outside and you could swim around in the middle of winter that was so cool! But other than that I think you take it upon yourselves to jump in the snow after your hot tub dip. Enjoy your trip!

The music was so bad it was comical. I normally don't mind grateful dead but it was very experimental and at one point there was a twenty minute crazy solo/interlude thing with screeching and banging and crazy noises that went on Foreverrrrrrrrrrr and was super super loud. It was kinda wild. And we were getting hungry after waiting an hour for the food (pizza and sammy). I'm normally fine with all sorts of music and if it's loud, whatever - but this was extreme. Food was good though.

I've seen that study, too. As the article mentions, it's possible the discrepancy is a result of demographics--i.e., people who can't afford to hire movers are more likely to rent a uhaul, which means the uhaul data will be weighted more heavily in favor of states that people with less money are likely to move to.

Unfortunately, all this data is proprietary, either owned by uhaul, or united van lines. I'm not aware of any independent researchers gathering broad, normalized market data on this. I'd be very interested to see it, if it's out there.

He's pretty aggressive with his opinions and responses on IG so it definitely divides people and gets people riled up. Sometimed hes pretty douchy on there (its kinda funny tbh). Idk.. I've had an awesome time there and a very unpleasant time there. I can't speak about how he treats employees but he's had the same crew for a while now so they seem happy enough.

But at the end of the day, hands down my favorite cheesesteak.
