What’s more, there is nothing stopping developers from catering to the STR crowd. They could build smaller, cheaper homes in neighborhoods and rent them out.

He did have the foresight to realize how absolutely toxic BLM turned out to be. I’m sure it was just a coincidence though

Looking for my 1971 VW 411 that was my ride then. The following year they started bricking the thing over and turned it into a pedestrian mall. One of the mason tenders hooked up with one of my housemates. That's all I've got.

I lived just around the corner on North Winooski…. I earned $2.73 per hour and was able to put myself through nursing school at UVM…. I remember when they started tearing up Church St. to create the pedestrian zones….

Back when cars could freely roam the broad and concrete plains of Church Street! Pity the poor stores whose business suffered when automobiles were banned from their storefronts! Nay! Let this be an example to all cities who would pick the pedestrian over the automobile and Socialism over Capitalism!

In Vermont they only live in the boreal forests of the Northeast Kingdom and high mountain summits.

Definitely the 79 fiesta. I found on on google that's a perfect match, right down to the color.

That's more likely or an old Civic hatchback (though again I think the tail-lights are wrong for that).

No extras, the crows know the schedule. You could set a clock to them. The fox pays enough attention to know it's a great spot to hunt. The squirrels follow me out sometimes. I live with a state forest across the road and and a few hundred acres of woods behind me. It's the critters woods, they just tolerate me.

For me it was more like a mile and a half in three feet of snow, though yea--could get up to five feet in a serious drift where you'd have to slowly pack it down to three feet, but I'm not quite that old, and climate change is a thing.

The Vermont Housing Finance Agency estimates that the state needs to make 40,000 new housing units available by 2030 if it wants to return to a healthy market. And Maura Collins, its executive director, said achieving that goal will be “all but impossible” unless Vermont invests more money and overhauls its regulatory environment.
We are going to ruin the State.
