Huh. So none are Native American effigies? All just borders and sheep stoppers?

Sounds like you just want to dismiss the opinions of those younger than you.

Granite quarries technically for the most part, but still REALLY cool surroundings. Can't recommend checking out the Millstone trail system enough

Younger generation? Check the thread where people list their ages in this subreddit. Lot of older people.

Manufacturers won’t move here. VT cannot afford them. You need to pay huge tax concessions (like this dumass program). If a mfr. start here, they won’t stay (VCFA, Burton etc).
This program will get applicants like OP, that move here for other reasons and get the 10 grand as a bonus. VT is an unaffordable state but the USA has major economic issues that it’s ignoring.

Anybody else absolutely hate these commercials on Spotify, Pandora etc about incentives to get an electric car in VT? Guy on the commercials is talking all 1880s cracker jack teleprompter operator. Fuck those commercials. Yea

Remedy? For what?
You don’t own something if you don’t control authority over it, that’s the definition of ownership.

A banner saying that police need to stop killing black people at a greater rate than white people is the most decisive symbol in recent history to you?
And you claim others are easily triggered?

The quarries near barre, rock of ages, etc, there’s hiking paths that go all along the top of them, incredible views, some still active. Barre Town Forest. You wanna hike to the southwest of the parking area toward the quarry-lakes on the map.

The above statement, IMO, is the single best description I've heard read of what happened in the 2022 VT Democratic Party primary.
