Up top is close enough to maplefields and the shooting and stabbing. Drugs are everywhere, the town is managing and average or a shooting or stabbing every other month now. The top of the hill is close to the police station and also where a good amount of cops live.

This is in wolcott. Our town clerk claims to never have received any of the taxes that were paid from escrow this year for almost half the year. The town raked in fees from the escrows accounts.
