Thankfully didnt smell any sewage whatsoever nor did I see any of the dilapidation you mentioned. Sounds like the town USED to be more rundown than it is now. I didnt see any addicts, or teenage pregnancies lol

I had a similar situation in CT recently. I was even close enough to the cops to get their attention and gesture while mouthing “what the fuck is wrong with you, go get them” and they just continued their chat like it was a nice Sunday afternoon on a park bench without a care in the world. Cops have collectively given up and it happened exactly in 2020. I genuinely don’t understand how more people aren’t noticing it and calling them out.
